Return Policy

We’d like you to be happy with your trendsandgems.com purchase. If for some reason you are not, we will gladly accept any unused, unworn merchandise in its original condition with all tags attached, within 14 days from the date your package is delivered.

If you would like to make a return, please follow the below steps:

1. Please pack all returns in its original condition & packaging.
2. Fill out the return form and include in the package.
3. Please insure your return with a reputable carrier and retain receipt. We are not responsible for shipments that are damaged or lost in transit. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. All returns will be refunded to the original form of payment within 10 business days of receipt.
5. Shipping fees & return shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. All custom items and clearance items are FINAL SALE.
7. Returns cannot be made at the retail store.
